Fast & Free Shipping on All Orders

Most Joycoast orders are processed and shipped from our Chicago facility within 24-48 hours. The shipping times below are averages and not guaranteed. You can upgrade to Priority Shipping or contact us for special circumstances.

Processing Time Estimates:

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days is standard, unless your order is personalized or customized, please add an additional 1-3 business days.

• Chicago (local): 1-3 business days
• United States: 1-6 business days (via USPS or UPS)
• Canada: 6-10 business days
• Worldwide: 7-14 business days 

Paid Shipping Option Times:

• Free Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (cost calculated at checkout)
• Standard Overnight: 1 business day (cost calculated at checkout)

Note: Orders placed after 12 PM CST with Overnight Shipping may ship the next business day.  We will try our best to ship out same day. 

Important Shipping Notes

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
• Shipping carriers do not count weekends or holidays as shipping or delivery days.
• For orders requiring customization, expedited shipping applies only to the completed product.
• Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping times may range from 1-6 weeks due to USPS delays.

Need It Fast?

If you’re on a tight timeline, we recommend selecting Overnight Shipping at checkout to ensure your product arrives in time. 

Example Timeline for Overnight Shipping:

• Orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM CST ship the next business day.

• Weekend orders ship on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).

All Joycoast watches come with adjustable straps and an easy-to-use sizing tool. Out of the box, our watches fit 95% of wrist sizes, including XL wrists. Clear

Yes, we use FSC-certified sustainably harvested wood and plant 10 trees for every watch sold, contributing to global reforestation efforts.

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, return the watch for a refund or free exchange.

Joycoast watches are splash-resistant and can handle activities like washing hands, light rain, or sweating. However, avoid full submersion or showering with the watch.

Does it come with a warranty?
Every Joycoast watch comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If repairs are needed due to physical damage, we offer affordable repair or replacement options.

Can I engrave the watch?
Yes, we offer custom engraving for personal or corporate gifting. For larger events, we provide on-site gifting experiences with customizable accessories
featuring your logo.

How do I care for my wooden watch?

Clean your watch regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry afterward. Avoid extreme temperatures and prolonged direct sunlight. Apply a small amount of wood oil occasionally to maintain its finish.

How lightweight is it compared to metal watches?
Joycoast wooden watches are significantly lighter than traditional metal watches, offering exceptional comfort for all-day wear.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 45 days from delivery to return your product for a full refund to your original payment method (see exceptions below). Return shipping costs may apply and if so, will be deducted from your refund. Don’t worry—we’ll generate the return shipping label for your convenience. Please reuse the shipping materials provided to help us reduce waste!

Exchange Policy

Enjoy a free exchange within the first 45 days of ownership. We’ll even cover shipping both ways—because we value you! Don’t forget to reuse the shipping materials we sent your product in.

Exceptions

Engraved or personalized products cannot be returned but can be exchanged within 45 days.

12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Joycoast products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know, and we’ll either repair your product or send you a replacement as long as the conditions are met.

Warranty Conditions:

• Products must be free of damages caused by improper handling, recklessness, or standard wear and tear.

• Warranty does not cover damage or issues as a result of physical damage or wear and tear, and does not cover cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents from everyday use.
