HOW CAN I WORK WITH JOYCOAST?
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GIFT RECIPIENTS FOR AN EVENT?
The minimum number of attendees for a gifting experience is 50. We can also accommodate large-scale and multi-day events!
WHAT IS THE COST TO BRING JOYCOAST TO MY EVENT?
To simplify accounting, Joycoast finds the average cost of the products we are bringing and assigns this rate to each attendee, charging the same cost regardless of which product the attendee chooses.

We generally logo on our accessories such as Cork Folding Cases for sunglasses, or Bamboo Gift Boxes for the watches, or the back of the watches. It is possible for us to brand one side of your sunglasses if desired, please reach out and let's discuss.
HOW DOES THE SUNGLASSES ON-SITE FITTING WORK?
Our team of fun and experienced professionals will be present at your event to provide personalized fitting experiences, ensuring that each attendee finds their perfect pair of sunglasses. We bring around 12 styles of sunglasses, mirrors, and decoration for the table. We always bring overage inventory on-site to ensure every attendee absolutely gets their favorite style.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR COMING ON-SITE TO MY EVENT?
We ask for 2 nights on your hotel room block so we can make sure to be at your event in time and setup, as well as shipping & duties. If your event is under 200 people, there is a nominal event fee as well.
