You have 45 days from delivery to return your product for a full refund to your original payment method (see exceptions below). Return shipping costs apply if the customer doesn't opt into Checkout+. Please reuse the shipping materials provided to help us reduce waste!

Engraved or personalized products cannot be returned but can be exchanged within 45 days.
12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
All Joycoast products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know, and we’ll either repair your product or send you a replacement as long as the conditions are met.
Warranty Conditions:
• Products must be free of damages caused by improper handling, recklessness, or standard wear and tear.
• Warranty does not cover damage or issues as a result of physical damage or wear and tear, and does not cover cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents from everyday use.

It wasn't until 2017 when Reese realized one of the oldest materials (wood) could be combined with modern technology to create a unique, lightweight, and amazingly comfortable piece of art to wear on your wrist. He got to work designing his first collection of wooden watches for men. This is when Joycoast was born. Not long after, he discovered other products he could create from wood, such as wooden sunglasses. To this day Reese only wears wooden accessories and has been raising awareness for wood as a sustainable alternative to traditional steel watches and harmful plastic sunglasses. Joycoast has advanced a lot over the years and now offers engraved wooden watches, which make extra special gifts.
