You have 45 days from delivery to return your product for a full refund to your original payment method (see exceptions below). Return shipping costs may apply and if so, will be deducted from your refund. Don’t worry—we’ll generate the return shipping label for your convenience. Engraved or personalized products cannot be returned but can be exchanged within 45 days.
12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
All Joycoast products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know, and we’ll either repair your product or send you a replacement as long as the conditions are met.

• Warranty does not cover damage or issues as a result of physical damage or wear and tear, and does not cover cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents from everyday use.
