All of our watches come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one. Must be free of major damages and not be caused by improper handling and recklessness, or standard wear and tear.
Returns & Refunds
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day 100% hassle free refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately or swap it our for a different model of your choosing. You are responsible for shipping both to you and from us for any preference returns. Note: We do not offer refunds on personalized items.
