Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return your product for a full refund to your original payment method (see exceptions below). Return shipping costs apply and may be deducted from your refund. Don’t worry—we’ll generate the return shipping label for your convenience. Please reuse the shipping materials provided to help us reduce waste!

Exchange Policy

Enjoy a free exchange within the first 30 days of ownership. We’ll even cover shipping both ways—because we value you! Don’t forget to reuse the shipping materials we sent your product in.

Exceptions

Engraved or personalized products cannot be returned but can be exchanged within 30 days.

12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Joycoast products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know, and we’ll send you a replacement.

Warranty Conditions:

• Products must be free of major damages not caused by improper handling, recklessness, or standard wear and tear.

• Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents from everyday use.
