You have 45 days from delivery to return your product for a full refund to your original payment method (see exceptions below). Return shipping costs may apply and if so, will be deducted from your refund. Don’t worry—we’ll generate the return shipping label for your convenience. Please reuse the shipping materials provided to help us reduce waste!
Exchange Policy
Enjoy a free exchange within the first 45 days of ownership. We’ll even cover shipping both ways—because we value you! Don’t forget to reuse the shipping materials we sent your product in.
Exceptions
Engraved or personalized products cannot be returned but can be exchanged within 45 days.
12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty
All Joycoast products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective or doesn’t work properly, let us know, and we’ll either repair your product or send you a replacement as long as the conditions are met.
Warranty Conditions:
• Products must be free of damages caused by improper handling, recklessness, or standard wear and tear.
• Warranty does not cover damage or issues as a result of physical damage or wear and tear, and does not cover cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents from everyday use.

The idea for Joycoast sparked when our founder, Reese, was fresh out of college at Ball State University and working a corporate job. Dressing up every day, he wanted a watch, but metal watches felt heavy, clunky, and too generic. Reese wanted something that stood out—lightweight, eco-friendly, and comfortable, with the unique beauty that only wood can offer. That’s how Joycoast was born.
