We want you to enjoy your Joycoast products as quickly as possible! That's why we offer fast and free shipping for all domestic US orders.  Here's the breakdown:

Fast & Free Shipping on All Orders

Most Joycoast orders are processed and shipped from our Chicago facility within 24-48 hours. The shipping times below are averages and not guaranteed. You can upgrade to Priority Shipping or contact us for special circumstances.

Processing Time Estimates:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days is standard, unless your order is personalized or customized, please add an additional 1-3 business days.
Free Shipping Time Estimates
  • Chicago (local): 1-3 business days
  • United States: 1-6 business days (via USPS or UPS)
  • Canada: 6-10 business days
  • Worldwide: 7-14 business days 

Paid Shipping Option Times:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (cost calculated at checkout)
  • Standard Overnight: 1 business day (cost calculated at checkout)

Note: Orders placed after 12 PM CST with Overnight Shipping may ship the next business day.  We will try our best to ship out same day. 

Important Shipping Notes

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
  • Shipping carriers do not count weekends or holidays as shipping or delivery days.
  • For orders requiring customization, expedited shipping applies only to the completed product.
  • Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping times may range from 1-6 weeks due to USPS delays.

Need It Fast?

If you’re on a tight timeline, we recommend selecting Overnight Shipping at checkout to ensure your product arrives in time. 

Example Timeline for Overnight Shipping:

• Orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM CST ship the next business day.

• Weekend orders ship on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).
